(NYSE: WCC), a leading provider of electrical MRO products, construction
materials, and advanced integrated supply procurement outsourcing services,
today announced that it completed its previously announced acquisition of
Communication Supply Corporation (CSC). Communications Supply is
headquartered in Carol Stream, Illinois and is a leading national distributor
of low voltage network infrastructure and industrial wire and cable products.

successfully completed the issuance of $300 million in convertible debentures
on November 2, 2006. The Company was able to obtain an attractive long-term,
fixed rate of 1.75% on the convertible debentures due 2026. Also, as
previously reported, we anticipate the acquisition of CSC will contribute
$0.04 earnings per share this year and $0.35 to $0.40 per share in 2007."
